2018/2019 Yearly Schedule

KWN Dry-Land to Early Snow: Oct 15th-Dec 15th

October 25th Season Kick off Social – At Grace Ridge Brewery 5:30 to 7 pm , non-alcoholic beverages will also be available.

KWN Registration Deadline: Nov 15 (you can register after this date and get access to the Weekly Workouts)

Beginner & Intermediate Clinics for skate & classical techniques open to everyone: Two day Clinic December 15 & 16, 12 to 3:30 pm, snow dependent. $50 fee

Ski Your Age: Dec. 26th – an all day event for the whole family

KWN Ski Season: Jan 2nd-March 9th

Tour of Tsalteshi: Date TBD (Mid-February)

Tour of Anchorage: March 3rd

Homer Marathon: March 9th

Workouts

Mondays 12 to 1:30
Wed 12 to 1:30
Fri 12 to 1:30
Sat 10 to 12
Workouts will build fitness and Nordic ski technique throughout the season.

Our Coaching Philosophy

Our primary commitment is building a community of athletes of all levels. We recognize your time is valuable so we make your workout count.

Any necessary modifications of the workouts are encouraged to keep you injury-free while performing at your peak.

Some women use this program to prepare for serious ski racing and others will never race and instead simply enjoy the company, mid-day sunshine and increased fitness!
